Noatak Enterprises, LLC, dba Bear Adventures (“Bear Adventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy applies to your use of our products, services, and websites located at www.bearadventures.travel and any and all subdomains associated with us like trips.bearadventures.travel on all platforms (collectively, “Services”).

Bear Adventures is a United States limited liability corporation subject to the laws of the United States. c. Subscriber: Any individual registered on Bear Adventures’ platform.

d. You: A user of Bear Adventures’ website or services.

iv. Personal Interests or Preferences: Travel history, preferences.

v. Communications and Related Data: Chat records, phone call records.

b. Non-Personal Data: Non-Personal Data includes browser and device data, cookies, and tracking technologies.
